Ben has been practising Optometry for over 20 years and has worked with his wife Claire at 20/20 Eyewear for nearly 15 years. He spent the early days of his career working in Brisbane with a well known Contact Lens specialist Optometrist and also spent time with local Ophthalmolgists. He then worked in the central Queensland town of Rockhampton. His special interests include eye disease management and contact lens fitting. He is dedicated to providing the local community with the best possible eye care. In his spare time Ben enjoys fishing, weights and spending time with his family.

Claire has been practising Optometry for over 20 years. She began her career working in the Central Queensland coastal town of Gladstone. After this she spent some time working with Ophthalmologists at Laser Sight Centre, gaining an insight into Refractive Corrective Surgery. Following this, she commenced work with her husband Ben at 20/20 Eyewear, and has been working there for nearly 15 years. Her special interests include ocular foreign body removal and all aspects of general eye care. Claire's aim is to provide accessible eye care to the local community and helping find the best eye wear solutions for her patients. In her spare time, Claire enjoys being outdoors, boating and spending time with her family.
